You can describe yourself AS an heiress. You can boast how you do live a life AS as heiress. But you don't BRAND yourself as an heiress. Ivanka Trump doesn't call herself an heiress. Putting aside what Paris Hilton had done so far, sheeee doesn't call herself an heiress. I have no idea whether it's they themselves who chose those descriptions or the producers.
